Holland Wave Homeschool Basketball program is part of the Michigan Home School Sports Association (MHSSA). This is an association of other homeschool basketball programs located within the state of Michigan that all have adopted and abide by certain age and eligibility requirements.

For the purpose of team placement, age is determined on August 1st.
Boys 18U

Boys 10U
We are also working to develop 1-2 girls teams, possibly 12U and 14U.
Practices & Games
Practices will start in October or November, depending on the team. Typically, practice facilities are in Holland or Zeeland.
Regular season games usually start in December and go through the second week of February.
The season culminates in a state tournament, usually the second weekend of February. Tournament games begin on Friday with semi-final games ending on Saturday.
The state championship final games for each gender and age division will then be played two weeks later, usually the first Saturday in March.
